COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hvert år gir vi vinneren av NM i hjemmebrygging muligheten til å brygge sitt øl hos oss. I 2013 vant Jorg Solheim, Pål Rolfsen og Bjarke Vang med en doppelbock. Denne har vi brygget etter beste evne. Med smak av mørk frukt og karamell som kan passe utmerket til vilt eller fårekjøtt.

English: Every year we give the winner of the championship in home brewing ability to brew their beer with us. In 2013 won Jorg Solheim, Paul Rolfsen and Bjarke Wang with a doppelbock. This has brewed in the best way. With a taste of dark fruit and caramel that can accompany wild game or mutton.

Clear medium to dark brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, caramelized malt, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, caramelized, malt extract, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151024]
