On tap at the Syndicate. Clear brew with a golden yellow colour. Very muted aroma, as expected, but has a certain noble hops and hay note. There is also a yeasty/bready aroma that is un-expected. on the palate it proves fairly flavourful with a creamier than expected palate. This brew is a bigger style of beer, if that can be said of light beers. Decently surprised. Strangebrewer (1370) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 4, 2012
bottle. Poured straw coloured, a bit cloudy a the end of the poor, thin white head. Light citrusy hop aroma. Thin mouthfeel and light carbonation. Malt flavour with notes of banana. SudsMcDuff (8538) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - AUG 21, 2012
Had at the Syndicate, opposite the Flying Saucer .. . gold, light foam .. . light hay .. nice bitters, not hops .. . poundable but lacks something .. . Well, you got the tool part right. JRock72 (597) - - APR 4, 2011
Pours light golden yellow with small head. Doesn’t have much finish to it at all. Would have again. Ontbeertaster (3208) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 2, 2011

On tap at the brewpub, unfiltered.
I was shocked, this is one of the first Ontario Light Lagers I have ever enjoyed. Being unfiltered added quite a bit flavor. Great bready grainy malts. Light hops. Great bready finish, a nice beer. DuffMan (10751) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 8, 2010
Bottle, purchased as part of mixed 6-pack at the brewpub. Pours a clear bronze with a rapidly vanishing head. Surprisingly flavourful, with lighlty toasted grains and a whiff of grassy hops in the end. For a light lager, top drawer! jimmay (815) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 23, 2009
341 ml bottle from the brewery. Pours light golden in colour with a small white head. Initially quite carbonated, but settles nicely. Aroma is mild, slightly sweet. Taste is of Pils malt, mild hop finish. j12601 (13297) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - NOV 25, 2009
On tap at Niagara’s Best. Pours a clear straw yellow with a thin white head. Light caramel, touch of citrus, little bit of oxidization. Medium body, much more than I’d expect from a light lager. Finishes up dry with a bit more oxidized plum and cardboard. pootzboy (1823) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 24, 2009
Tap: Medium gold, lightly protein hazed with a 2 finger hermetic white cap..decent lacing for a "light" beer.
Aromas of cereal, husk, light sweetness, and some faint floral tones, light sulphur tones.
Moderate mouth feel with a light body. adequate biscuity malts and floral hopping in good balance, fresh tasting with a clean malty finish.
One of the best light lagers (pilsners) I’ve tasted. Would double as a session lager any day.
