Lovely notes of shelf, mint and lemon. Must be enjoyed cold, otherwise it will be too boring Myonlyvice (335) - DENMARK - OCT 9, 2015
Pale golden with a small white, foamy head. Elderflower is dominant in aroma and taste. Some citrus too.

There is limited aroma in this beer. The taste is slightly sweet with a distinct taste of elderflower rounded with slightly hoppy aftertaste. The sweetness is slightly honey-like without being cloying. Toward the end I can taste a little mint, but I was hoping that mint would be in greater contrast to the sweet elderflower than is the case. It was precisely the combination elderflower / mint I had looked forward to. It is certainly not a boring beer, but the draw therefore not attention to themselves in great style. Bottle @ DØE meeting. Pours light golden with a small white head. Aroma of light malt, little grassy hops. Flavor is rather weak, light malty, grass, flowers. Thin body, average carbonation. 170310 oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUL 23, 2013

BF 2013. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head that vanishes quite fast. Aroma is citrus, quite strong elderflowers as well as some mint and mild spices. Flavour is elderflower, fruits, some slight spices, mint and yeast.
A little thin, light golden letdrikkelig thirst quencher with a fine foam that quickly disappears. gunnfryd (15176) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 8, 2011
Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. aroma is elderflower, fruit, malt. Flavour is dry, elderflower, fruit, malt, herbs, mint. Strange beer. Christian (13773) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 25, 2011
Cloudy pale golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus and elderflowers, with herbal notes of nettle and a hint of peppermint. Dry and grainy flavour with overwhelming, strong peppermint. yngwie (17168) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 21, 2011
Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a two-finger, white head leaving lacings. The aroma has a touch of elderflower, as well as fruityness and pale matls. Reading the commercial description I feel the mint as well. The flavor is a bit too mellow, with the elderflower being most evident. Some mint towards the else grainy and fruity finish. Medium body. Well, I guess that a properly chilled bottle will be pleasant in the spring time, maybe on the restaurant by the sea just across the street from the brewery, but on the other hand it’s just a regular pale ale with a twist. 110421 Geokkjer (7643) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 21, 2011
