Bottle. High creamy and lastiing off-white head. Hazy dark amber body. Powerful fruity and hoppy aroma with a bit of caramel as well. Hops dominated fruity flavor with caramel and a long dry bitter and nutty aftertaste. Low carbonation. Nice surprise. chrisv10 (18222) - DENMARK - JUN 19, 2009

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, tart and malty, bordering cereals, with some candy-like notes popping out now and again. Hops in the background. Floral and vinegar notes as it warms. Stingy. Hops become more outspoken as it warms. Bitter flavour. A strong milky note initially, but it tones down as it warms. Hops. A bit metallic. Not very well-balanced. Bitter malty finish. Candy-like hop notes. Lingering grassy notes. A slightly cloying sweetness. A so-so beer. Could be better balanced in both aroma and flavour. 19-06-09. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 15, 2009

Bottled (BBE 2009).
Deep amber color, big cloudy beige head, lace. Hop juice nose with citrus and pineapple. Fruity hoppy pineapple, citrus also in the flavor. Long bitter aftertaste. Well, it is hoppy, reasonably malty, but same time a bit boring. Rune (13373) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUN 3, 2009
