375ml brown bottle. Pale yellow and hazy. Soapy white head. Nose has cukes and lime, as advertised. Taste - burst of lime up front, cucumber middle, touch of mineral and salt, lightly sour and lemony. Dry finish, lots of carbonation. Lime in the after taste. Interesting and refreshing.

This was nothing short of outstanding. Some of my favourite flavours together--and it was so refreshing. The only qualms I had was I was curious if it may have been even better tasting without the added sea salt--and the bottle was way too small hahahahaha! A solid A in my books, for sure! =)

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2018 Bottle at the DC RateBeer tasting. Mostly clear pale yellow. Aromas of stewed cucumbers, like in Thai cucumber soup. Tastes of stewed cucumbers, lime. Light body with a dry finish. Would be better if the cucumber notes were more like fresh, raw cucumbers.

50cl bottle pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose is huge with cucumber, Pimms Cup, lemon, lime. Flavor has malt, cucumber, coconut water, lemon. Finishes watery.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2018 12oz bottle at the January DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a kind of light pale yellow color with a small fizzy head. Aroma was stright up cucumber juice. Flavor was cucumber, light lime notes. Not a lot of tart character here. I'm sure most people aren't a huge fan, but I love cucumber and cucumber juice.

Cucumber and light lime. Cucumber actually mellows out the gose vibe here. Golden pour with decent head. Tanty finish. I wouldn't say its great but better than many boring goses. Bottle.

500mL capped bottle. Seems the date has rubbed off. Its a gusher after popping the cap. Obviously, pours with a big and bubbly head. That head fades quickly and loudly. Its a very pale straw color with light slickness. Can see through it. The aroma is more like something you smell in a tasty hand cream or super fancy spa. So much light and airy cucumber. I guess with some Canadian beers you have to list all the ingredients, like this. Well, it says cucumber juice as an ingredient. Now, I have lived a long time and I have never seen cucumber juice in my life. And I love cucumber everything. So, not sure what exactly is cucumber juice but there is a lot in this beer. May explain the 4% abv. Lime... maybe but its mostly cucumber. It really is cucumber perfume. Kind of a sweet cucumber. Light tartness rounding it off. Flavor is more of a sweet airy cucumber. A little sweet tart finish and a sparkling carbonation yet feels a bit full. Look, its shit unless you love cuke and cuke beers. Bottom of the bottle is not filtered.

Pale straw colour with a thin head. The aroma has a lot of bright cucumber. Lime and lemon citrus with a sort of unusual savoury/earthy flavour. There's a bit of a lime peel flavour on the finish. Very bright and zesty. Unusually tropical with a bit of a cocktail like savoury quality. Super weird and quite tasty.

This beer is a slightly hazy pale straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Fresh cucumber aroma with some citrus and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of cucumber, lime and wheat. The finish is mildly tart with a cucumber and lime aftertaste. Decent overall.
