We admit it. We have a problem... We love our hops. We especially adore the amazing science of hops! As homage to our favourite wonders of nature, we present to you our award-winning Headstock IPA. The flowering humulus lupulus hop-cone provides us with the vital acids, essential oils and resins that permeate throughout our IPA. The result is a deliciously obscene wallop of tropical fruit, citrus and pine flavours and aromas any hop-head would gladly give a DNA sample for. We conclude that hop science is one tasty passion.

Pineapple, tropical fruit, light citrus and grapefruit. A bit of sweet malt. Interesting and unique smelling. Hazy copper color with super long lasting white head. Malty sweetness comes through in the taste, tropical fruits upfront and significant hop bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied and average carbonation. Pretty good IPA

Strong aroma of fresh pine needles. Taste is orange and grapefruit with a soft bitterness. Easy to drink for a stronger IPA.

Can from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear golden amber beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: pine and resin domination. Sweet caramel. Taste: medium body with good malt backbone, sweet with resin and pine hops. Sweet balanced. Fruity, good attenuation. Aftertaste: resin and pine. Fresh. Wet bitterness. OK

Really great strong beer that is able to be enjoyed at a nice pace. Overall enjoyable more than other craft IPA.

mbar turbio y espuma blanca. Aromas de pomelo, menta, balsmicos, pia y pino. Sabor como en aroma y amargor intenso y largo con cuerpo denso y maltoso.

Golden cloudy body with off white head. Sweet hop aroma with light citrus hints. The lingering bitters that drape the sides of my tongue are pleasant. Great body. A great general IPA to get in the southern Ontario region.

A textbook example of the looks of an IPA with a mildly hazy body and a creamy, well enduring white head. Nose has notes of apricots, resin, caramel and citrus fruits. Taste is mildly sweet with a nice, lingering bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium creamy carbonation and rich palate. Nice and balanced heavier IPA.

Tasting with Ilya. 473ml bottle (thx, Peter!). Aroma is slightly sweet, with tropical fruits and some piney hops. Taste is piney bitterness. Same aftertaste. Good one.

Pours a translucent gold, head stays for duration of drink. Bright aroma of pine, tropical fruit. Taste of mango, peach, toasty malts, slight earth, and BIG hop bitterness; impressively, the bitter bomb doesnt disrupt the sweet backbone. While I find the Naughty Neighbour slightly more approachable, this is also an impressive brew.
