COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We bring you a taste of Belgium with Le Paysan Saison. this style originated from the farms of Belgium where it served to refresh workers as they toiled in the fields over the hot summer months. We fermented our Saison warm which gives rise to many distinct fruity aromas. The initial malt flavour gives way to a crisp, dry finish with a lingering spiciness. The result is a remarkably smooth, refreshing beer that anyone can enjoy in the hot summer months!

Iznogud (4069) - CROATIA - SEP 22, 2017
Canned, 473 ml at Svijet Piva. Pours cloudy golden, large white head. Hoppy, some citrus notes, yeasty, light spices, bit fruity. Soft texture. Medium bodied. Quite good.

473 ml can. Hazy yellow colour, thin white head. Spicy, malty aroma with lemon and yeast notes. The taste is malty, with a slight sour note, citrus fruits, and a spicy, dryish, floral hoppy finish. Tasty.

Canned. Hazy orange boy with a small white head. The aroma has ginger and cinnamon. The taste is fruity and juicy. Amazing finish.

Canned 473ml. -Courtesy of franski, shared with him and several others. Hazy yellow coloured, small to medium sized white head, mild yeasty nose. Yeast, notes of herbs and fruity, spicy hoppy and mild peppery with rather dry finish. Interesting in a way but not one of my favorite styles.

Golden yellow pour with a bit of haze. Kind of lemony aroma. Taste is bitter with some peppery notes. Fruit taste comes through as it warms up

At the Craft Beer fest in Ottawa with Chopz. Has a hazy light golden appearance. Dirty lacing. Aromas of tarty, citrus hops. Flavours are citrus and lemony hints. Also some mild spices. Has a tarty mouthfeel. Pretty good stuff and easy to drink.

From 50cl can at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp yellow with very irregular white foam. Aroma is zesty, lemony, plus some lactobacillus feeling. Body is rather light, with a bit of astringency. Taste is low sweet, citrus. Finish is relatively short.

Notas cítricas y especiadas, con el característico toque funk de estas cervezas. Bien carbonatada y refrescante. Con final seco. Muy buena.

Golden yellow with slight off-white head. Light citrusy notes with hay and hops. Well balanced body that is on the thicker side. Quite decent.

The aroma is banana, spices and lemon. It tastes bubbly and hoppy with notes of lemon candy, pepper, summer fruit and light grains. Zesty. My new ’paison’ for this style.
