355mL bottle from brewery. Pours hazy/golden with a white head. The aroma of citrus hops are to die for, and the taste is even better. At 4.9%, this is a great, refreshing, everyday APA! TrickMayday (1) - - JUL 23, 2015 does not count
One of my all-time favorites. The hops have a crispness compared to higher-alcohol IPAs. Very refreshing and light, but definitely still a full-flavored beer. Motherhen (1) - Babylon, New York, USA - SEP 17, 2017 does not count
Clean, crisp and hoppy but not overpowering. Don't hate me but it works as an adjuster/mixer of lighter beers like Rolling Rock. Accidentally poured some RR in my cup at a tailgating before a concert before I finished my NN and was pleasantly surprised. dansway07 (2) - TORONTO, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 8, 2015 does not count
This is one of my go-to beers. Always have a 6-pack or a couple cans on hand as it’s a very easy-drinking beer and a top notch pale ale that is very flavourful but not too hoppy or bitter. It also looks great barncatmatt (2287) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 27, 2012

Really outstanding APA. Pours a hazy yellow. Lots of fruity hop flavour and aroma. I’ve had this both in bottles and on tap and both versions are outstanding.
Perfect beer for when you want something with a lower ABV than an IPA. Gorbalev (3000) - Ontario, CANADA - FEB 12, 2015
Can, Embrun LCBO. Had this on tap many many times before but will rate from the can. Clear with some hazy medium to dark yellow, nice small foamy head. What a lovely aroma, straight from the crack of the can and then from the glass - fresh grapefruit hops, orange citrus as well. I love this aroma - like rubbing hops in your hand. Mouthfeel is foamy and vibrant. Taste - some light malt sweetness up front, herbal, fruity, citrusy hops in middle, and then aggressive hop bitterness in fish. All remaining well balanced with light malt body. Clean. What a very drinkable hoppy beer. Kicks the ass of just about any other "Session IPA" style beers that I have had. Seriously well done Nickel Brook - so glad to be able to get this out here in cans. Jack0909 (1) - - JUL 23, 2015 does not count
Great aroma - love the banana notes. Nice and light tasting beer. Appearance is pale, golden and cloudy. Minimal head. Taste is sweet and light. Texture is thin and creamy. average carbonation with a abrupt finish morgoth79 (18) - - FEB 25, 2016
veramente ottima al naso sentori di frutta rossa prepotenti, fragola di bosco per lo più, in bocca ben equilibrata, non me l’aspettavo BadBikerBob (3) - - OCT 10, 2014 does not count
UPDATED: DEC 2, 2014 Pours a nice clean pale amber, frothy white head and perfect carbonation. Mild citrus and pine flavours on the palate, and just enough bitterness from the hops to make it interesting. 4.9% makes it a reasonable brew for a work night. So far the closest thing to my "perfect" beer that I?ve found yet. Well done!
