750ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a hazy very pale orange with a generous white head and lots of lacing. Nose is fresh cut grass, hay and citrus with a layer of honey in the background. Lots of hops bitterness through the front and middle but smoothed out by a peaches and honey sweetness. The finish could use some more punch. The body is light and slick with average carbonation. Very easy drinking.

Thanks to cfrancis for this one. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head and no lace. Aroma of citrus, steamed veggies, chlorophyll, fresh cut grass and light sweet malts. Taste is veggies, tropic fruit, fresh cut grass, caramel maltiness and a nice smooth smooth bitterness throughout. Medium carbonation gives and a medium body give this beer a very easy to drink feel.

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2016 Light citrus on the nose. I get more citrus, a bit of lemon zest, some tropical fruit and a dollop of sweetness. Nicely balanced.

750 ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruits, honey. Taste is same, plus grassy hops. This is a pretty good beer.

HopsandBolts (258) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 10, 2015
750 ml bottle from the LCBO.

Appearance: Pours a clear straw yellow with a couple fingers of white head that fade rapidly leaving little lace.

Aroma: Hops, grapefruit, bit of bread

Flavours: Grapefruit, lemon, lime and other citrus. Sweeter flavours like apple and peach come out after the beer is open for a bit.

Mouthfeel: Thinner with average carbonation.

Overall: An interesting blend of citrus that turns towards the sweet side after the beer is open a while. I found it a little on the thin side but the interesting flavours made this one an enjoyable beer.

Pours light coloured gold with average froth head that laces glass well. Aroma from bottle is outstanding floral citrus zest. Not much of any bitterness in taste though, smooth, a tiny bit of malt, or sweetness. Too drinkeable! (thats a good thing)

Pours a murky honey colour with a huge billowy head. Aroma notes include roasted malts, crackers, bread, citrus and pine hops. Tasting notes include delicious pine hops, notes of mango, graham crackers, and a slightly bitter finish. Supurb!!

UPDATED: NOV 2, 2015 Pours honey gold with a decent sized white lacing head. Nose of sweet cut flowers (think florist), pizza dough, and fragrant lemony pine hops. Very clean mouthfeel. A bit sweet, but refreshing. Hops aren’t crazy strong, but are still very fresh and juicy. Certainly not overwhelming. Lightly toasted malts. Notes of peach, and cream. Very quick finish. It’s very fringe American... not as bold... Remarkably better than what I tried in ’11 (2.2... had to have been a bad batch)
