[email protected] Pint Pub. Dark nutty brown color, small creamy beige head. Sweet dish cleanser aroma plus some caramel and cocoa. Some caramel, alcohol, grassy hops, cocoa. Quite flat. Simple although unique barley wine.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a bit of sediment floating around under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and light noter notes of coffee and fruit, leading to a dry finish where the coffee note lingers.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, mahogany colour with a big and beige foamy head. Sweet and strong malty aroma with toasted elements, caramel and sugar beet. Sweet flavour with a tinge of roasty bitterness, full bodied with a calm carbonation. Thick malt-accented and moderately roasted taste, slightly earthy with notes of caramel and traces of licorice; sweet and moderately roasted, slightly molassy finish with obvious notzes of alcohol and a tinge of marzipan. Bottle from Den Bierzolder. Dark reddish brown with noticeable sediment and a nice tan head. Sweet roasted aromas, with hints of chocolate and tart berries. Chocolate flavours balanced by slight sourness and a careful roast. A bit alcoholic. A dangerously gentle imperial stout.
