750 ml bottle. Who sent this to me? Light pinkish hue with some upfront tartness, nose reveals weisse, taste is a lovely tart raspberry. Really good. mansquito (7379) - Nueva York, New York, USA - JAN 22, 2017
Bottleshare: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is raspberry and sour funk. Taste is sour... quite. Raspberry up the wazoo. Interesting aftertaste. Pretty nice. radarsock (1223) - Massachusetts, USA - DEC 11, 2016
Has a laughably unnatural lip-gloss pigmentation. Spurious soda-fizz comes crashing in like tourist beach weaves during monsoon season; and as quickly as it appeared, leaves into the wreckage it caused.
The aroma is an interesting, assertive mix of Flintstones chewable vitamins, raspberry pie, lightly kilned white wheat, fruit leather, damp cardboard. Leaving this in room temperature for twenty minutes proliferates the fruitiness; sea salt can be smelled - and what I like about this is it’s intact despite desperately hanging on. Tangy lime zest just at the back of my nostril. I know it’s there. Rhubarb, cotton, and minerals make an entrance after the 30 minute mark.

The taste is practically identical. By mid-palate, however, there was a sensationally nagging sourdough starter note I couldn’t toss out or get rid of. Sublime. Framboise dregs tasted at the back of the throat nearing swallow. Raspberry vinegar experienced right before the middle ground; a shocking acidic punch swoops in and then flies away. It’s tart-sweet, obviously gaining a pass.
Silky-smooth, almost like a century-old wine. Phenols linger supported by raspberry leafs and flaked maize when I finish my sip.

Bright raspberry-blonde body shows a light haziness and pink-flecked, beige head atop with moderate retention.
Bright, fresh raspberries in the nose show a good degree of attenuation/maceration. Peppery seed notes and vanilla mix with light to moderate lactic acids. Good bright acidity doesn’t smell too raw or aggressive. Mixes with lemon notes and soft honey and wheat. No alcohol or flaw.
Very dry, yet substantial body, with plenty of wheat character and a moderate amount of tight carbonation. Lingering acidity is somewhat lip-smacking and all the wheat/grain helps soften the strong lactic and malic acids. No alcohol or flaw. Very well-made beer, as is usually the case with Night Shift.
Taster at source hazy red pink with a thin off white head. Aromas of tart berries and mild yogurt. Taste follows with a nicely balanced tartness.

Boyfriend thanks to Joe. Pours bright pink with NB a slight head. Raspberry sweet tarts chalky finish. Medium sourness. Strong carbonation. Medium sweetness. Very tart and refreshing Berliner. thepatrickman (1503) - Lewes, East Sussex, ENGLAND - OCT 18, 2016
On draft at the brewery. This is everything that a fruited sour should be -- tart without being acidic, extremely fruity, and dry and balanced at the end. It’s not complex like a fruited lambic, but it’s also not trying to be. This is great stuff. WillRunForBeer (2810) - Massachusetts, USA - OCT 15, 2016
Taster at the source. Pours pink with a pinkish white head. Aroma is raspberry yogurt, really nice. Flavor follows. Fresh raspberries, yogurt. Tastes better than I would expect as I sip the simple sour base next to it. AirForceHops (8286) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 15, 2016
Draft at the source. Wonderful purple pink color, no head. Aroma is a ton of berries, raspberry heavy, blackberries and cherry notes. Flavor is pretty wonderful, raspberry heavy, very subtle tartness. Clean mildly tart finish williamstome (2102) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 5, 2016
Beautiful thick pinkish purple pour. Huge raspberry aroma. Flavor of sweet, slightly tart raspberries. Like a gosh darned raspberry smoothie.
