2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours pink with a nice head, so mission accomplished with the hibiscus. However, the hibiscus doesn't really add much flavor but seems to mute the hops with its earthy, flowery aroma. Not very bitter and not very hoppy for an American ipa

what an odd beer. very carbed, big bubbles, with a bite that hits the tip of your tongue right off the bat, like seltzer water. weird. CamdenD (1204) - Madrid, SPAIN - AUG 17, 2014
Pours cherry-colored and with little head from a 750ml bottle. Mine here is 2 months old and the aroma is hoppy but almost with a berry-like hint -- perhaps the color is throwing me off. This is a strange one and has elements of chalk on the palate which is off-putting. The taste is bitter yet nearly balanced -- good. Work on this one, and I think you may have a real winner. daknole (11402) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - AUG 16, 2014
Deep pink in color. Wow this is bitter. Overly bitter. I would like a little more balance but it’s tasty beyond the bitterness. vtafro (7444) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - JUL 20, 2014
Bottle. Pink pour with white head. Light spice, hop and hibiscus aromas. Citrus, hop, hibiscus flavors, very smooth.

Bottle. Pink tinged huge fluffy head. Aroma is pungent floral, bit of spice, some Brett funk, citrus zest. Flavor is clean long bitter, light dusty grain sweetness. Dry, fresh, soft. More than the sum of its parts. Really enjoyable. joet (2662) - Wilsonville, Oregon, USA - JUN 4, 2014
Pink lightly cloudy fine white foam floral and cereal aroma rosey bitter. Bitter finish. Would be nicer with less bitterness and maybe better beta acids. Tasty and fun. jtclockwork (17284) - , New Jersey, USA - JUN 1, 2014
Bottle. Pours pinkish red with white head. Nose/taste of hibiscus, grapefruit peel, light resinous pine, cranberry and light malt. Lighter medium body. Bacterial (3051) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - MAY 29, 2014
Very impressive color on this beer. Ruby red with a slight amber tinge to it. Interesting nose. Not overly hoppy, some floral character. Finishes bitter. Unique. Experiment_Ale (1098) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 27, 2014
