Moderately hazy, lime-brass-golden body is topped by a medium sized white head showing moderate to moderately strong retention.
Lime, papaya, black pepper and juicy pineapple seem to imply a bit more juiciness to this batch than the last handful. Still, there’s a lot more white grapefruit and hints of pine, leaning towards classic IPA territory. No alcohol or flaw.
It is indeed a bit more juicy than the past four or five batches, but it’s still quite dry and with lots of raw, bitter, rather unbalanced citrus and light pine. Perfect carbonation and malty in texture, as always but I still want more juice.
