Draught at the brewery, fresh, alongside a fresh batch of Whirlpool. Drunkdietitian (23) - - AUG 21, 2015
Morph definitely took a while to get straight, but the first batch, on draught at least, was very malty, heavily juicy and a bit more tangy than whirlpool, being first marketed as an IPA, before being morphed in to a few other types. I quite remember there being more blandness/yeast/sediment/soap/dishwater, whatever you want to call it, but it was highly variable through the first batches and some of them were completely free from it and intensely delicious. Anyways, batch one on draught, at least, was a bit unbalancedly juicy and sweet with just a bit of blandness but no dishwater. Lower carbonation than it could have used. No alcohol noted.
I did an IPA off when I tasted this for the first time. It scored second to santilli but ahead of another crappy one. It’s okay. The bar itself is cool but I still like heady topper more. crossovert (14006) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 26, 2015
750ml bottle as Night Shift Art #26 - The Constable. This was a strange one, I see it has papaya, yeah like tropical unsoiled baby diaper, had quite a bit of spice as well. MWMBeerguy (203) - Massachusetts, USA - FEB 28, 2015
Great aroma and a wonderful papaya fruity taste. But I just gotta ask the brewer: why don't any of your beers pour with a head? Beer needs foam.

On tap at the brewery. Milky yellow pour with a white head. Almost no aroma. So mellow with hoppy bitterness but mild flavoring. Average body and mouthfeel.

Can thanks to WillRunForBeer. Pours like pulpy grapefruit juice or lemonade but with a big rocky head and good lacing. Aromas are grapefruit juice, orange juice, lemons, limes, and simple syrup. Tastes pretty pulpy and juicy too. Lots of oranges and limes with some other fruit kicking in. Full bodied which is a bit odd for an IPA. Definitely unique with some big juicy flavors but I wish it was a little easier to drink. jkwood04 (5463) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 8, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of resinous and citrusy and floral hops, pale malts, and some dough. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. A solid beer. jsquire (4621) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - AUG 30, 2014
What an odd color for a beer. It looks like candle wax in the glass. I have never seen such a light yellow beer so opaque. There is a sticky white head on the top. Light grapefruit juice nose. The grapefruit continues into the flavor with some lemon and lime citrus notes and a hint of tropical fruit. Long red grapefruit juice finish. Tasty but ugly. I’d give it a 1 for appearance but there weren’t any chunks I could see.... ScipioA (405) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 25, 2014
Looks like the syrup you get in a can of peaches. Foggy, off-white and without much of a head. Drink from the can indeed! Mouthwatering orange juice and fruity aromas. Biggest thing I detect in the flavor is grapefruit. Not hops that have sort of a grapefruit edge, but like actually biting into a grapefruit. Beyond that I get more orange juice on top of a sweet backing. Quite a bitter aftertaste, but more like citrus bitterness than hop bitterness. Silky mouthfeel but maybe a little too much fizz. Odd and fun IPA, but for the same price you could just get Whirlpool from the same place instead. Note: This is Batch #1, which according to the URL on the can this is the same beer as Art 26 - The Constable. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - AUG 24, 2014
