Re-release. 16oz can from CBC, dated 07/12/17. Pours reddish copper with a light beige head. Aroma is wood, pepper, rose. Flavor is slight caramel, rose, pepper. So, it's a standard Saison, slightly sweeter and with rose. Meh.
Bottle. Pours reddish orange off white head. Nose/taste of rose hips, rosemary, Italian spices, tomato, lemongrass, light berry juice, light earthiness, florals, honey and pink peppercorn. Lighter medium body. Marheb (5902) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 13, 2014

Pours out hazy orange/brown with a huge tan head that sticks around a long time. Immediate veggie/spicy notes to the aroma, the rosemary is especially evident. Flavor adds in some funk alongside estery yeast flavors, but the aftertaste is sort of an unpleasant over-spiced sensation. Fairly thick body that finishes very dry. Somewhat tasty, but don’t think I would buy it again. Hair6a11 (1481) - Illinois, USA - APR 24, 2014
Bottle; Pour is cloudy golden with a pillow top head into this glass. It retains well, with chunky lace present - The nose is herbal - you can sense feint sweetness as well - florals round it out ,with a mineral note present. The flavor profile is hardly delicate, though I get what they’re saying ; there’s delicate components in this brew. Unfortunately the "prickly spice" as stated dominates - theres a harshness to the flavor profile that I truly wish was more rounded by softer drinkability for the style. Peppery spicing, florals, yet mild belgian notes as this is supposed to be a saison - lemon grass and the rosemary do come through here as well. It is a nice overall experience, though SrSilliGose (3331) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - APR 19, 2014
Tap. Semisweet candied hibiscus. Dry earthy pronounced rose pedals essence. Unique beer. Bit of a lemonzest twang mixed with a peculiar Bit of a perfumey lip stick. Weird. Dry. Would prefer lower boost though booze is hidden. Not really my thing. radarsock (1204) - Massachusetts, USA - APR 2, 2014
UPDATED: APR 3, 2014 Had on tap at the source. $2.50 for the 4 oz. serving. To undersized snifter, it pours a partly cloudy orangeade with which a thin, whitish-ringed head 1 finger in length stood. Tastes and smells of rose hips, Belgian yeast, rye malt, cornmeal, toasted breadcrumbs, spruce tips, and wheat grain. Floury, tea-like, and heftily floral. Worth the money paid, but not particularly interesting. Definitely had a waterier saison base. I didn’t really mind the herbaceous characteristics of this beer. I did however think it ranged more in the one-dimensional, though. anthony850 (472) - Andover, New Jersey, USA - MAR 24, 2014
On tap at brewery a little too much rose flavoring for me.
