Grapefruit and peel like the part you didn't want to finish from breakfast. Good malt backbone. Bitter finish. Can thanks to Chalumeaux.

1 pint can (from Peter Dach) - it pours a mostly clear, rich golden orange with a thick, fluffy white head. An appealing aroma of citrus, floral hops, a hint of pineapple and light cracker malt. Great bitterness from beginning to end. Quite delicious with lots of flavors dominated by grapefruit peel, tangerine zest, floral notes, some tropical fruit and a light crackery malt.

timmmmm (26) - New York City, New York, USA - NOV 18, 2017
Solid floral beer, pours well (from the can), looks nice, and is perfectly drinkable. However, it's slightly thin in taste for an IPA, which could be because of the alcohol content. Still, not bad.

From the one pint can dated 10/4/17. Generally cloudy light amber-golden pour underneath a somewhat lingering white foamy head. Big aroma of pine, resin, and citrus. Feint white bread. The body is smooth and better than medium. The taste brings out a far more bitter bite than the aroma might suggest. I knew it would be bitter but this was almost explosive and dry. Grapefruit notes too.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2017 Hazy gold pour. Aroma is straight cat piss. Dank, weedy, citrus and tropical. Flavor fowollows with strong bitterness. Medium body, good carbonation. Finishes very bitter with lingering grapefruit. Excellent IPA. Dry, bitter, fruity. Like a mix between old school west coast and new east coast IPA.

Hazy, light amber, some fruity hop, bitterness, kiss of sweet malt...probably a bit too yeasty. But generally a good IPA.

Sampler at brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves a shitload of lacing in the glass. Big grapefruit on the nose and tongue. Finished with a touch of bitterness. Nice.

KyotoLefty (10931) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 19, 2017
Can from the brewery. Packaged Aug 29. Juicy Mosaic nose, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, some mango, floral and peppery. Crisp, crackery malts. Glowing orange with just a light hazy, low lacy head. Flavor is light and dry, crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, orange, pretty strong bitterness. Somewhat light in body. Very quaffable and nice hop character. Good East-West hybrid, I would say.
