Tap at new CBM. Very creamy, lots of grain in the nose, banana and cream. Light fruitiness, cherry maybe, great stuff. Really smooth. They seem to be getting better and better.
This is what happens when a solid Czech brewer brews a weizen. Missing the body of the classics and comes off like a lager with weizen clothes. Odd. Decent, but odd. maekchu (4001) - Hirakata, JAPAN - JUL 5, 2016
Tap at Tadg’s Nihonkai Club Tap Take-Over event. Light banana nose with added white wine grape frutiness. Hazy medium amber color, decent head. Tangy and wheaty initial flavor, gentle Nelson note in mid palate. Then the wheat reasserts itself. Smooth, mildly sweet finish. Thin-medium body. Wheaty notes moderated by the Nelson Sauvin and Saaz hopping make this an ususual weizen. Very tasty. pictoman (1172) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 2, 2016
Poured from the tap. Cloudy orangey yellow with white head. Banana, wheat, clove. Light creamy texture. Simple, well done. biirusaikou (2705) - - JAN 4, 2016
Draught at CBM. Light bready body with usual wheaty flavors and a lemony edge, mild earthy notes, fairly clean finish. Another ok brew by these guys, nothing memorable though. willisread (3465) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 9, 2015
Draft at Beer Fest Yokohama 2014. Banana, wheat, clove and cinnamon. Light carbonation with a creamy mouthfeel. Nice rich and fruity finish. Not bad.

On tap at Molto Stand. A cloudy mellow straw gold, similar in look to pineapple juice - but in a good way. It has a filmy white head that clings to the glass. The aroma is yeasty with a light classic weizen spiciness. Medium bodied, soft mouthfeel but possibly undercarbed. The taste is lemon, cloves, sweet fruity weizen goodness but on the mild side. Not bad. Tim Webb (469) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 4, 2010
The least impressive of the range at the brewery’s own pub. Maybe that is because this is a Czech-run brewery and Weizen is not really a Czech speciality. All a bit thin. KyotoLefty (10528) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 4, 2010
UPDATED: AUG 15, 2014 Tap at bungalow. Deep gold, cloudy, with a fine, frothy head. Pretty. Nose of cloves, banana, wheat, bread. a bit tart, bready some minerals. A bit bitter. Better then previously, still a bit light and bland but decent.
Draught at the brewpub, 2010: 5/3/6/3/12. Buttery, fruity aroma that is not very weizen-like. Flavor is more traditional, with banana and clove as well as other fruits and a decent tart edge. A bit too much butter for me.
