Das “Michala” ist ein dunkles, vollmundiges naturbelassenes Kellerbier. Das dunkle Michala ist meinem Opa Ludwig Hofmann aus Niedermirsberg gewidmet der als Gastwirt weit über die Grenzen Frankens bekannt würde.

0.5l Bottle. Pours cloudy, medium brownish colour. Small white head. Nose is a lot of yeast with just a bit of caramel malt. Full bodied, well balanced, not too sweet.

Draft @ Fränkisches Bierfest, Nürnberg. Pours a slightly hazy amber copper color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty grainy caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Crown-top bottle with 5.1%! The beer is smooth and mild. Hints of yeast, nice and smooth malty, Fresh, hints of grain, easy to drink with mild hints of malt. Not too deep but thirst-quenching without being watery at all. The aftertaste is mild, smooth and fresh with hints of smooth yeast and malt. Solid without being too sweet.

Klares bernsteinfarbenes Kellerbier mit einer geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, würzig, hopfig, Karamell. Geschmack sehr malzig, würzig hopfig, Karamell, leicht süß.
