330 ml bottle. Dark brown and clear. Medium-sized white coarse head. Raisiny watery metallic aroma. Earthy hops. Hints of toffee. Chocolate and coffee flavours. Some ash and a little smoke. Raisins, but not sweet. Dry mouthfeel with gentle crisp bitterness. Decent, drinkable brown ale.

Erasmus_ro (3106) - Alabama, USA - APR 17, 2011
Bottle. Pours the color of dark cola with reddish hues and a medium beige head. Aroma begins quite chocolatey and caramel, but quickly turns into caramel malts and hops. Taste is much of the same, malts and floral hops. Palate is rather light and mildly carbonated. Rather rough and plain. Not good.

Clear mahogany with a creamy cappucino colored head. Tobacco and caramel on the nose. Blue cheese, cellar and ash on the tongue. Acidic. Dry. Full body. Gentle carbonation.
