TET (3034) - Kaarina, FINLAND - DEC 23, 2010
Dark brown beer with weak and beige head. Roastiness, some toffeeish sweetness with some vegetables and black coffee. Flavour is quite roasted, some coffee and taste from pineforest without bitterness, interesting. Quite a lot of carbonation with light body. Quite interesting beer, but I think that this beer could be better. Anyway, personal and worth to try. Mad_Ferret (1019) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - DEC 21, 2010
Quite dark clear red/brown colour. Off white head. Aroma is is quite hoppy with grassy, slightly caramelly notes over a malty background. Taste is also quite hoppy with a malt backbone. Bitter, sour, caramel notes. Some weed. Medium body. FatPhil (16102) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 18, 2010
330ml bottle (K Kamppi, Helsinki)raymondwave (931) - FINLAND - DEC 14, 2010
6 Rich brown ale aroma, fair amount of dark bitter hops standing out.
4 Rich mahogany, brief off-white head.
7 Lovely hoppy retronasals. Rich roasty body, fairly burnt for a brown ale, but a nice kind of sour brown ale mash taste too.
4 Full palate but refreshingly carbonated. Lovely full roasted finish, and a great hoppy tingle too later.
13 All-round solid brown ale, with a modern Scandinavian twist. Wanted more.
Bottle 0,33 l. Clear brown, short beige head. Nose is malty, some dry coffee and cocoa. Flavor is pretty light and could pass as a dark lager or dryish dunkel. Doesn’t pack the full chocolate and coffee notes that I usually like in my brown ales. Not a bad beer, but mediocre for the style. Fizzy carb, quite light body. gnoff (10426) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - DEC 9, 2010

BB March 2011, sampled on October 8, 2010.
Clear dark reddish brown color. Big lasting tan head. Malty,s weet, bready, hoppy scent
lined with some fruit esters and also some phenoles.
Rubber tubing, plastic and also some smoke in the nose.
Licght acidic, grainy, roasted, coffee, dry, bitter taste.
Medium mouthfeel with a very dry finish. Medium bitterness.
Phenolic and somewhat fruity aftertaste.
I think I’m getting sensitive to the yeast, or some of the yeast, that they use at Nils Oscars.
Can’t say I’ve enjoyed some of their latest beers I’ve tried, too heavy on the acidity and the phenoles.
light bread, moderate hoppy, red, clear, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, oily feel, lively, bitter, long finish. sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 19, 2010
(Bottled) Clear dark cola brown with a small, firm and beige head. Sourish, roasted malt dominates the flavor, along with some black coffee. Flavor is roasted-malty, lightly burned, with sour coffee notes. Quite thin body with lowish carbonation. Failed to find Fuggles or Amarillo here - a plain and thin, slightly burned brown ale. 3343 thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 14, 2010
Bottle from Systembolaget. Dark brown with a tan head. Nice caramel aroma. Well-balanced caramel and toffee flavours that are not too sweet. To be enjoyed. HenrikSoegaard (14176) - Randers, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2010
