COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

dnoaksson (827) - , SWEDEN - SEP 18, 2010
Jämnt balanserad beska, skarp, något hårda kanter. Hyfsat fyllig kropp, men håller ganska låg profil. Inget som gör ett outplånligt intryck, precis.

3.5
Marsiblursi (3076) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 14, 2010
(Bottle) Pours deep mahogany brown with a creamy, nougat coloured head. The aroma is medium malty with caramel, nuts and dark bread up front. There is also room for light toffee, cookies and chocolate from the malts. Not much aroma hops, just a whisper of wood, earth, spices, flowers and citrus. Some dried fruitiness and smokiness (phenols?) as well. The flavour is light sweet and light to medium bitter with a tiny sourish sting in the finish. The malt backbone is nice and extremely solid for a beer with 4.6%. Bread, light caramel, chocolate and dried fruits. Light resinous hops with a light citric ending. The mouthfeel is soft and round with friendly and small bubble-ish carbonation. Resin, chocolate and dark bread at the end. Light to medium bodied (more medium than light).
