A little kid was living near a forrest. On the other side of the forrest there was a barley-field. The kid walked to the field one summerday. Birds was singing and bees were humming. The kid walked into the barley-field and layed down. He enjoyed the quiedness, and warm smell of the barley. 25 years later the kid has grown up and he opens a bottle of "God Lager", and the barley-field is bag. Great malt taste that will put and end to any anti-lager argument. Slightly sweet wil flavour that develops and lingers, up there with the best Hussey (60) - North Carolina, USA - JUL 2, 2012
Fantastic lager discovered earlier this week. Dinner with Swedish in-laws at a restaurang by the harbor in Holleviken. Noticed the tap . . . let me have it. Fantastic Belgian-yeasty aroma. Mouthful and palate first rate. Beautiful golden color, solid body and thin head. A real find in a landscape still dominated by Carlsberg Hof (a good enough lager). rapkungen (19) - USA - NOV 27, 2002
Now, this was a nice surprise. Very drinkable beer. jacobwennbom (357) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - APR 27, 2006
UPDATED: APR 28, 2006 I had this beer at a bar in Uppsala and it blew my mind. Very full body for a lager. The foamyness adds upp to a great feel on your tounge as you sip it. Best Sweidish beer I’ve had so far.

This i like! Aroma gives of some vienna malts for sure, looks very nice in the glass, classy clear lager. The noble hops makes just the right amount of impact on the taste. Really nice malt in the back end. I like hoppy lagers and pilseners but this one show that i can like the classic malt heavy ones too, just make them right that is.

Probably one of, if not the best lagers being produced in Sweden right now. Rich malt taste, balanced by nice hoppy aftertaste. A regular in my fridge. arcraw (26) - - AUG 10, 2015
Me and Nils are good friends. He always takes good care of me when I need it. Out in the sun in a sun bed, he take care of me. At dinner, he take care of me. He has a full body, rich aroma and a variety of tastes like, honey, herbs and bread.
