Malt, malt and once again malt. Sweet and complex, roasted and hopped. Emil (6065) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 3, 2004
UPDATED: JAN 25, 2006 Dark amber color, light caramel malty aroma, sweet hoppy taste, medium body, bitter dry finish. A real good beer, love it. yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 25, 2005
UPDATED: AUG 17, 2006 Bottle. Nice head that disappeared to quick. Dark, copper color. Aroma with lots of malt, but also delicious fruity hints. The taste has some roasted element, but mostly malt-flavour, with a little alcohol in it.Quite balanced. Finishes with a light bitter aftertaste. Its a shame I only bought one bottle. Wonderful Munich lager with a deep copper colour and lots of complex maltiness. madsberg (11770) - Søborg, DENMARK - MAY 1, 2003
Bottled: Cobber/amber coloured. Beige head. Has a fine malty roastyness in the aroma. Chocolatish as well. Roasted and malty with a vague and balanced hint of bitterness in the end. Great beer.

Dark amber colour with a small white lace. Smell of caramel, hops and roasty notes. Very aromatic taste of caramel, hops, hazelnut with some notes of burnt sugar. The finish is bitter and dry. Nate (4279) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 28, 2004
Nice fruity hops nose, grapefruit, cat pee. Malty balance. Red amber clear with ligh lacig head. Light-medium body with medium carbonation. Starts with nice malt, tangy hopy character. Nice rounded bitterness, with sweetness at the back of the throat. Finish is dry, clean, bitter. Good malt note before a medium bitter after. Nice beer. Ingevara (910) - SWEDEN - SEP 12, 2005
Inviting color and a slim head. The smell is full of roasted malt and the deep and hoppy aroma contains lots of syrupy biterness and well balanced alcohol. It’s rich in flavour, something to drink slowly and again and again. harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2006
Bottle - Bruxellensis Festival. Attractive reddish amber colour with beige head. Nice hop/malt/toffee aroma. Bit of candy sugar, great hoppy finish. thornecb (5918) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 15, 2007
Pours bright amber into a Lager glass. Off-white head recedes rapidly to skim surface. Malty aromas. Crisp and dry with upfront caramel and an abrupt finish. Refreshing.
