330 ml bottle. Nice dark golden body with a light beige head. Aroma has malt and caramel. Flavor is malt and caramel, but unfortunately there is also an unpleasant sour and metallic subflavour. Probably something wrong with my bottle regarding the remaining raters. Gr0ve (2176) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 23, 2007
330 ml bottle. Light copper colour. Crystal clear. Thick medium-sized off-white head. Strong bready nutty aroma. Very crisp with a sharp, but balanced, hop aroma. Nutty and weakly roasted malt flavours. Very nice roasted crisp beer. Long-lasting light hop bitterness. stouby (4669) - Holbæk, DENMARK - JUN 13, 2007
Bottle at home.
Copper color with a fluffy white head leaving nice lacings. Aroma moderate malty (caramel) and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter. Light/medium body. Nice. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 1, 2007
Clear light copper lager that wears a large, lasting, delicately laced off-white head. beautiful. Distinct nutty maltiness is also toasty, rather dry and gently fruity (think figs, orange tea, raisins). Some sugary hints manage to peak through in a subtle manner, some kind of burnt caramel perhaps, but the toastiness keeps the lead. Firmly grainy, yet it develops a growing, more than fair powdery bitterness, quite leafy, grainy while the crisp palate feels medium bodied and excellently carbonated. A remarkable lager, very firm and pleasant texture.

Bottled. Their lovely hoppy signature, piney aroma and a dry aftertaste. Goes well with food with strong flavour - perfect with a smelly cheese! thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 27, 2007
Bottle. Clear amber with a medium head. Complex aroma promising milk chocolate, toffee, and a hint of raisins. The taste delivers the same with good balancing bitterness. A beer worthy of a "kalas". Svesse (8613) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - APR 15, 2007
(Bottle) Amber colour with frothy beige head. Fruity, slightly roasted nose with toffee, caramel, citrus, dark bread and a hint of chocolate. Fruity taste with caramel, toffee, oranges, and a hoppy finish, leaving roasted traces of hops and caramel. There is a hint of smoke lingering in the finsih. Rather dry, well balanced. Nice one. 330 ml bottle. Small filmy tan head over a bright reddish brown body. Aroma is herbal and floral hops, cream-caramel with some vague scents of acidic fruits.
Bready, caramelish and quite hoppy taste. Medium body, smooth and dry palate. Lingering hops from start to end. Nils Oscar is my man! Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - APR 7, 2007
The color is beautiful like dark amber and the head is nice. The aroma is malty with notes of flowers. The flavour has notes of malt, flowers, a bit of fruit, caramel and a nice bitterness. The body is nice and full, and it’s a very refreshing beer, ideal for an Easter lunch. 1989
