[2nd Low Countries RateBeer meeting] Heavy aroma of hops and malts. Clear, amber coloured with an off-white, medium head. Taste is sweet, bitter, malty with fresh hops. Medium body. Not impressive.

duff (5486) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 9, 2002
A very flowery/hoppy aroma, extremely tasty beer, nice maltiness in the middle and then very hoppy, bitter finish. Surprised that it was a Vienna though, tasted like and English bitter or something. Very tasty beer.

Bottle. Clear amber with a medium head. Complex aroma promising milk chocolate, toffee, and a hint of raisins. The taste delivers the same with good balancing bitterness. A beer worthy of a "kalas".

Amber coloured. Very pleasant malty aroma. Very hoppy for a vienna. Interesting and complex brew.

jbrus (4988) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - JUN 6, 2003
Thanks to omhper I had the opportunity to taste this wonderfully brewed beer. Sadly enough it isn't really my kind of beer. The aroma has hopflowers and malt in it. Light brown color, beige almost creamy head, very good lace. Light bitter first and soon more bitter, hint of caramel. Very hopbitter and dry finish.

OleR (4849) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 9, 2007
330 ml bottle. Small filmy tan head over a bright reddish brown body. Aroma is herbal and floral hops, cream-caramel with some vague scents of acidic fruits. Bready, caramelish and quite hoppy taste. Medium body, smooth and dry palate. Lingering hops from start to end. Nils Oscar is my man!

3.5
Habanero (4848) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - MAR 21, 2008
Bottle, pours clear amber with a large foamy, off-white head. Good lacing. Nose of cascade hops and malt. Flavour of malt, citrus and caramel. Medium bodied. Pleasant bitter finish. Crisp and enjoyable.
