Rødbrun og klar farge. Lys beige, kremet høyt skum som ligger godt. Lite lukt. Mulig en anelse karamell. Medium pluss bitter og en anelse kaffe i ettersmak?

(Bottle) Reddish amber colour with dense, beige head. Malty, slightly hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, crisp-bread, treacle toffee, toasty malt and spicy hops. Malty taste with toasty malt, orange peel, crisp-bread, toffee, hints of chocolate and a balanced, spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of brown sugar sweetness. More like a American style Oktoberfest beer than German versions. Quite nice.

Flaska. Mörk bärnstensfärgad med smutsvitt skum. Karamell, citrus, svag nötighet och malt i både smak och doft. Oljig munkänsla. Svag beska i eftersmaken.

PalCabral (162) - SWEDEN - SEP 13, 2013
Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours dark reddish amber. Aroma is descretly spicy from hops, not much hint of malt there. Tastewise comes a wave of hops of citrus and spice. It’s interesting but totally off for a Märzen. Proobably a nice beer with some food but for a beer that should have malty backbone and hayish qualities this is a let down, of course.

Aniela (4215) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 5, 2013
Bottle. Clear dark amber beer with a small offwhite head. Hoppy, malty aroma with sweet notes. Hoppy, malty, sweet flavour with some bitterness.

Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, crispy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121110]

Amber (like most beer: http://www.houseofamber.com/dk/hoa/amber/our-amber ). Fresh smell. Sturdy flavor with heaps of hops. Bitter finish. Something to imbibe in quantities.

Bottle. An amber colored beer, clear, and topped by a small, dense, light beige head. Pleasant hoppyness in the aroma, citrus peel and pine cones, but there’s not much maltyness going on. It’s full to medium bodied, quite dry and with a tad too much carbonation. Pine cones, citrus peel and bitterness in the flavor, as well as some notes of caramel. Bitter finish. Certainly not the typical Oktoberfestbier, but it’s quite nice anyway. 121110
