COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just humlen i denna brygd är odlad i USA.

Amber colour beer with white head. Somewhat spicy and flower-like aroma. Quite sweet has grass, juniper and sorachi hops of course. Spicy and semi-bitter aftertaste.

Sample at SBWF 2010. A little heavy malts for a saison (which is what they claim it to be) and they are also to heavy to really let the delicate sorachi hops contribute to their fullest. It’s still a decent beer, but it could be so much more.

Aroma is earth and cellarish. Taste is very belgian and dry. Interesting hop character which leaves a dry, earthy and leathery tone to finish the beer of dry.

Bottled. Pours hazy amber with whitish head. Taste is lightly bitter and sour. Palate is wet. Aromas have fermented fruit, orange peel.

Rated in 2011. 75cl bottle. Unclear, hazy. Deep amber to golden with a little small-bubbled off-white head. Aroma of caramel, Belgian yeast, fruit, some hoppy notes and juniper. Taste is kind of similar. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
