COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
New Territory is a liquid fusion of a Europe and Asia – This golden Pilsner has subtle flavour of malt and rice with a crisp taste and pleasant mouthfeel that slowly gives way to hop aromas. The cereal flavours are chased by cascading grassy, floral, and fruity notes so characteristic for finest aroma hops.

33cl bottle at restaurant. Nice bottle! It pours a sprightly yellow-orange with a good fair head. Notes of soap and citrus on the nose. Good mouthfeel - not very malty or even that bitter but quite lemony for a pilsner.

Slightly opaque. Deep gold. Mountainous head. Grassy aroma. Taste is nice and bitter with some lemon.

Bottle from Craftissimo, Hong Kong. Hazy yellow/golden with a white head. A bit sweet with bread, grass, some fruit and light cardboard. Soft and easy to drink. An ok one.

GoufCustom (2313) - HONG KONG - OCT 20, 2015

330 ml bottle bought at The magstore in Nathan Road, Jordan.

Cloudy hazy pale straw pear juice colour with thin trace of yeast particles; Three-quarter finger head and white foam which lasts for 1 minute; Beautiful sticky lacing with active slight carbonation; Sweet aroma of bready malt, with strong honey, very light plums, grape soda, traces of rice, floral, sugar, bread, yeast, lemon and light grass; Close to light sweet taste of fair Pilsener malt, with light rice, light floral, very light dark fruits, molasses, dry bread, strong yeast, strong lemon, strong bitter hops and sharp strawy grass; Close to light body. Dry, crisp and thin palate; Mouth feel is fair Pils maltyness in a thin body. Definitely has rice as adjuncts but in a subtle and lightly pleasant way. Some fruitiness, pretty strong molasses. Strong yeasty and bready with sharp lemon to round. Quite decent… Hoppiness is floral, lemon and light grass in nose. Light floral, strong lemon and sharp straw in taste; Bitterness is strong German Pils-level for a lasting, strongly astringent bitter and sweet finish; Dry after taste. Yeasty and strong bitter to mouth.

Comments: This one really tastes like typical Italian craft brews, with unfiltered yeast inside an Ale or a Lager for your carbonated but muddled enjoyment. Its poppy aroma may make you think this a bad macro Pale, but luckily its strong Pils hoppiness shines through, as high IBU is the trademark of this brewery. Thin in body but enjoyable!

Erzengel (9899) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - MAY 20, 2015
Bottle in Hongkong. Malty-grainy beginning. Mouldy-smooth, neutral bitter, a bit rough. Not too sweetish, but grainy strange. Unround.
