Pours two and half fingers of head on a clear copper colored body. The aroma is pine at first, then lots of tropical fruit: mango and pineapple. Really nice. The taste is moderate pine and grapefruit bitterness, with a big malt bill to balance it out nicely. The texture is crisp with soft and fizzy edges. Quite enjoyable.

One of the standouts from the free dust box which I was very surprised to receive. Cloudy with sediment. Thin white top and minor lacing. I smell tropical fruit and thats always welcome over most else. Peaches and pineapples. Wish the aroma was stronger as I love it when I can smell an IPA through my eyes. The flavours are very good. Balanced but not crazy... I prefer crazy. Really good mouthfeel due to the soft, fine carbonation. A thicker beer would be preferred. Tropic blend, peach, mellow rrgf, some juice, 75 ibu come across just above medium in dosage. ORIGINAL GRAVITY OF 1072!!!!!!! OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!!! so... I know the definition but what the hell does it really mean? What changes if this was 1073? Enjoyable beer done up in my my fave ipa style. Would have loved this to be an absolute beast.

Bottle to glass- pours a cloudy marmalade color with a resilient white head. Aarons is tropical, citrus, celery, traces of honey. More tropical on the tongue with some peach along with an underlying malt edge with caramel and breads. Fairly dry finish with a bite of mild spice. Great beer!

Bottle from variety. Sweet malted aroma, bread, citrus. Smell is mango, orange, pineapple. Very tropical. Hidden hops. Taste is sharp and biting but mellows out and more sweet and fruity.

really good beer with the funk and the tropical fruit. nicely ambered red and hopped out with some ivy and wood. good malt in the flavor and that heavy butterscotch scratch in the palate that describes amber. not too sweet and a morphing masterpiece really. red juicy fruit.

More amber-brown than red, theres generous malty and fruity notes on the nose, with pineapple, lemon and maybe a hint of mint. Initial maltiness instantly disappears under dry and bitter hops, then returns in the midbody along with a herbal-bitter quality that persists long into the finish.
