Draft pour pint at Special Brews. You can only pass on a beer so many times before you order it so it will stop bugging you. I always see this beer and never pulled the trigger. I never was able to get into Ninkasi, but lately Ive been impressed. Transparent golden pour with a patchy head. Not a whole lot to say here. Straw grain. Mid refreshment. Drinks pretty easy. A bit watery. A fire extinguisher for spicy food type of beer for me.

Draft. Pours a thin white, poorly retained white head, over a very slightly hazy yellow (SRM 3 ) body......nose is mild malts with light biscuit, light ginger with herbal notes from the hops, balanced.......taste is mild light colored fruits (pear, apple) with light sweetness, light lemon tones, mild spice, finishing with moderate noble type bitterness, balanced......mouth feel, light of medium body, no alcohol, high carbonation. This is a light, refreshing, summer beer, with much more going on than the typical lawnmower beer. It comes nicely close to the light style. BJCP 8/2/16/5/7
