Draft pours clear bright yellow gold with a nice one finger white head. Aroma is pale malt, grain, bread, slight honey. Flavor is medium sweet, a tad grainy bitter, not as much honey malt note as many helleses. Pretty light feel, somewhat crisp. Fine for what it is.

Pale yellow with the briefest white head. Mildly grainy aroma. Much more like an American Light Lager than a Dortmunder or Helles lager. A great hot weather beer but not within the normal style standards.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2017 Lightly cloudy pale yellow and no head. The wrong mix of citrus and grains leads to skunky aroma. Taste is also skunky. Almost bad enough to pour down the drain.

12 oz. bottle from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. Yellow gold and clear with a small layer of foam that soon becomes a ring. First sniff is lemon grass and herbal notes after that. The flavor brings some earth and spicy hop notes. Flavor is sourdough bread and lemon cookies. Herbal and earthy notes. It is dry but also has rich malts as a backbone. It has that lager feel to it with the rounded edges and oily smoothness. Very interesting beer and a fun one to find flavors.

Shared with Strykzone of Facebook Chat. Pours yellow with medium head and good lacing. Nose of grainy and bready malts and some lemon. Medium body. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is unique. with some bitterness and fruit. Finishes bitter and dry too. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small fizzy white head that faded completely. The nose is bready and pale maltiness with a light hoppiness. The flavor is much the same, fairly dry with some gentle bitterness and bready malt. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and a clean finish. Pretty decent beer.

Bottle: Pours a light golden color, slight haze, and topped with a finger of creamy white head. Potent aroma is lightly lager malt sweet, but pungent with florals and bitters, ripe enough to make Keith Stone’s face wrinkle like a raison. Softer in the taste, mostly a sweet malty and grassy vibe to go with minimal bitters. Easy drinker.

Clear light gold hue with a thin fading fading white bubbly head. Crisp golden lager aroma with a bright of pale grainy cracker. Brisk flavor that’s pale and lagered and crackery and biscuity, wth Germanic gold malt and a soft lagered finish.

argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - DEC 10, 2016
12oz bottle. Minimal white head atop clear straw body. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, light honey, spicy. Taste is moderately sweet, bread, some honey, light pear.

Bottle. Pours a light crisp gold color with no head. Taste is simple but has flavor and is very easy drinking ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
