Hazy blond color with compact head. I used to remember useless Cream Ales; this one is dry, not smooth, with grainy and grassy and hay accented malt; medium to strong bitterness.
Simple but pleasant, and balanced.
Tap at Dan & Louis Oyster Bar in Portland, OR. Pours gold with a cramy white head. Aroma seems light citrus. Near med body. It’s bready and seems to have a light citrus bitterness. Clean, fairly light and refreshing. Does a bit of ring lacing. marcus (10569) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUL 3, 2011
Bottle from BevMo Arden. Pours clear yellow with a thick off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a smooth pale malt flavor with subtle hop bitterness.Very refreshing and easy to drink with just enough flavor to make it interesting. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - DEC 1, 2012
Bottle:   Hazy straw, thin white head, frothy, fairly nice lacing.   Soft sweet grassy nose, a touch floral, but also a bit mealy.   Sweet mealy hay/grass on the tongue.   Not as floral as the nose suggested, but its at least clean.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Lingering straw/hay.   Does feel a little creamy.   I gotta say, very smooth and very clean.   Other than feeling a little mealy, which I expected, this one is very good! luttonm (6634) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 7, 2012
Draft at The Pine Box, Seattle. Pale malty yellow, very smooth creamy lactic. Pale ale with lots of free malts. creamy, tasty enough.

Notes of bread and corn on the nose. A touch of apple and fruity hop bitterness. Bright, golden with noticeable carbonation and a lightly frothy head. Corny, bready, a touch of apple, and corn nuts. Light to medium fruity hops - mostly earthy, but some light simcoe fruitiness too. Easy to drink, I like cream ales. beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - OCT 7, 2011
Sampled on 10/1/2011. This cream ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 22 oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, cereal and sweet. A medium bodied cream ale. The malts are fruity and sweet with a touch of caramel. The hops are herbal and floral. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. None of the off flavors that are all too common in a cream ale. Very easy drinking beer. Clean tasting. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - JUN 18, 2013
Bottle. Pours a very clear light amber color with a fairly thick off-white head on it. Nose has some corn, grass, and hay elements to it. Taste has a bit of a bite to it, actually, and is very reminiscent of a lager. Decently crisp and very smooth, it’s a nice summer seasonal. IrishBoy (4228) - Bakersfield, California, USA - AUG 22, 2013
Draft at Cannery Row Brewing. Nose is grassy, floral, sweet, very light vanilla, and a bready note. Murky yellow orange with a medium off white head. Flavor is lightly bitter, lightly sweet, with a peppery note and a creamy moderately creamy body. DYCSoccer17 (3706) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 30, 2011
22 ounce bottle from a mixed 4 pack that was purchased at BevMo in Natomas, CA. The aroma is lightly grassy with some sweet, sugary cereal notes present. Smells like hair chemicals from a hair salon. Unfortunately, that is the style. Mildly hazy golden body with a nice, medium off-yellow head. Kind of grainy and cereal-like to start. Chewy with lots of malts. Becomes a little metallic in the middle. Finishes with very mild grassy hop bitterness. Very easy-drinking summer beer. Not a huge fan of the aroma on this, but the rest of the beer is really freaking solid.
