Picked up the 12oz tonight at the COOP... Pours with a short lasting white head... decent cap and spotty lacing... the head could have stuck around longer IMO... The brew is polished gold.
Nose is grainy Pils malt with a bigger Noble hop presence for the style... but I would expect nothing less from a PNW brewery...
Flavor is nice malt/hop balance... a bit sweet and bitter... very drinkable... a bit of mineral presence IMO.
Light/medium body with a lighter than expected carbonation.... still very well done.
This is one of the best Stateside takes on a Dortmunder that I have probably ever had.
On draught at Barley’s BrewHub - Kennewick, WA. Straw colored with slight white fine-bubble head. Slight smoky aroma note. Medium body. Nice smooth mouthfeel. Great malti flavor. Hint if hops crispness. Very clean. Impressive. blipp (9373) - La Mesa, California, USA - NOV 21, 2014
Draft at Pony. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy and faintly toasty, with mild sweetness and faint earthy notes. Decent. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - OCT 23, 2014

Draught at St. Augustine’s, VancouverGerbeer (3782) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 15, 2014
Amber color, bright light, hazy. Lean bready malt aroma and flavor, with a hint of cereals and biscuits, very light herbaceous touch, and correct bitterness.
Clean, nice Oktoberfest (more than a Helles), well balanced.
On tap. Pours a clear copper with light head. Aromas of toasted malts and dough. Flavors of toasted malts, ripe pears, and sweetened banana. Slightly sweet. Very nice and very quaffable.

After getting over that this is indeed NOT an Oktoberfest, and I stop wondering why in the hell they would name a non-marzen that...it’s actually a pretty nice brew. Yellow pour with good lacing, aroma clean of cereal, grain, floral hops. Fizzy crisp feel. Taste is slightly sweet and has more grainy malt than hops, but is well balanced. Good example of a session beer that is not boring."

Bottle:   Soft hazy straw, moderate to large frothy white head, nice lacing.   Soft straw/hay on the nose, very clean.   Smooth and grassy on the tongue, clean, very soft pale bready notes.   These guys churn out some good light lager type beers.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Finishes a touch dry, straw/hay linger.   Very clean, smooth, a bit heavier than most, with a nice amount of sweetness.   Very nice! Poured from tap to glass. Crystal clear straw hue with fizzy white head. Aroma is floral, honey, lager esters, slight metallic. Mouthfeel is nice and refreshing with a light body and great carbonation. Taste is clean with slightly sweet initial with a slight hop bitterness and CO2 sharpness. Overall, this is a really nice Oktoberfest. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - DEC 6, 2013
12 oz bottle- Pours mostly clear golden with little particles floating around and a one finger head that doesn’t seem to want to stick around. Aroma is crisp and clean, but not a whole lot there, a little floral. The taste is grainy, moderately bitter and dry hops, clean and crisp. Body is medium low. Decent. robforbes (2246) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - NOV 19, 2013
