Excellent bitter, on tap at Payette. Perfect hops bitterness. short and sharp/ Amber body with thin foamy head. Would fit right in at a British pub.... 5000 (6900) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Bottle:   Amber, a bit dark, moderate frothy sandy head, nice lacing.   Very soft bready and biscuity notes on the nose.   Soft breadiness up front, pale biscuit, not too strong, a little mealy, slightly nutty.
Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Flat finish, a little bready, nutty, mealy, and biscuity.   Doesn’t have as much umph as it did when it started.   Even then, the umph wasn’t that big.   Seems like a lighter example of
an ESB.   I also expected it to be a bit more crisp, which it was not.   Tiz okay tho, clean at least. Whids (60) - - MAY 8, 2013
