On tap @ Albany Taproom, Albany, CA. Very much an American pale ale made like an altbier: clean, light caramel malt backbone, American hop bitterness in back with little aroma or flavor. Light malt aroma. Very clean fermentation. Not crazy about it, but it does seem well-made. Iphonephan (6952) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - AUG 23, 2014
From a 22 oz bottle shared at the Beer Heads bottle share in Falls Church. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of light citrus. Bitter finish. Oscbert (1297) - Lincoln, California, USA - JUL 4, 2014
~Bready malt aroma with caramel and earthy hop.
~Pours a clear light copper color with long lasting foamy white head.
~Earthy hops and bitterness in flavor well balanced with a malty bready sweetness that smooths out the bitterness on the tongue.
~Medium bodied, medium CO2, lingering earthy bitterness.
~Enjoyable brew. A bit on the bitterside, but fairly balanced. I would be happy to drink a couple of these. OldMrCrow (2435) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 5, 2014

Copper pour, modest head. Nose of copper and sweaty socks. Hops come on strong considering -- definitely a NW interpretation. Flavor of stale and slightly rancid airplane peanuts. Interesting but the whole doesn’t come together into anything that actually works.
Pilsner aroma paired with grassy hops in this crystal clear pale orange brew wit white head. Crisp grainy dry slight malt flavor with a dry bitter aftertaste. Its light bodied good tinny bubble carb. An alright brew worth a try. A good lawn mower brew

Bottle from Total Wine, Sacramento. Pours cloudy golden with a thick off-white head and a toffee and bread aroma. There is a fairly bitter pale malt flavor with a nice yeast presence. Crisp and clean. fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 2, 2014
Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouverbhensonb (15094) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 30, 2014
Hazy light amber color. Mild aroma with fruity, citrusy hops. Dry mouthfeel; caramel flavor, lightly bready and cereally; strong citrusy hopping, with light soapy character.
Bomber from the Woodland Nugget. Pours hazy golden amber with a slight, transient white head. Aroma seems lightly floral, maybe backed by a bit of caramel. Med body. Flavor is likely sweet, mildly roasty malt - which moves into a moderately bitter herb/tea aspect. Not bad. Blairgus (4536) - California, USA - APR 25, 2014
25 apr 2014, bottle. Yellow, clear, no bubbles. Nose is sweet malt and honey or light syrup. Med body and mildly fizzy. Tastes of tea and slightly bitter copper finish. Meh.

Golden straw, aroma has light florals, and a touch of grassy hop and a biscuity pale malt note. Dry first, crackery with vague hop. Finish starts to get doughy though.
