Bottle 75cl, a clear amber beer with good head that goes quickly. Nose is on caramel and almond, aroma is on blond caramel, caramel, honey touch, floral, some sour background, bit amateurish not that clean, still drinkable. budedou (978) - Saint Etienne, FRANCE - OCT 26, 2013
UPDATED: MAR 1, 2014 Biere rousse sympathique. Peut etre ma Ninkasi préféré (j aime bien la noire, 1 peu moins l’ IPA)
Bon, on boit rarement des rousses donc dur de comparer aussi... erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - APR 23, 2013
Dark ruby brown and murky, especially work the yeast poured in. Loads of floaties. Earthy humous malts, bit of forest hops, but most of all a funk. Active and traditional bière de garde yeast or infection? I?m afraid it?s the latter. Taste is equally yeasty. Full body, sure but at some cost. Feels amateurish. No, not great. Mostly because the hops can?t carry the funk and it falls apart. (75cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bière) deusax (459) - Grenoble, FRANCE - FEB 7, 2012
I had this one a long time ago. If I have the chance to drink it again, I’ll update this rating Ethereal (2421) - Los Angeles, California, USA - AUG 10, 2011
Bottle that I brought over from the brewpub, drunk at ChrisO’s Christmas Tasting, 28th Dec 2010. Yuck. Sour with a nasty nose and a harsh taste. Undrinkable for me, I guess this wasn’t meant to be like this.

ChrisO’s Christmas Tasting. Cloudy brown beer, small tidy tan head. Light soft airy palate. Sour coca cola and Dr Pepper with a wad of bubblegum thrown in. Finishes sourish, slightly creamy and dry. Somewhat odd but drinkable.
Bottle, Chris O pre-NY Tastings, cheers Caspar.
Skunked Dr Pepper on aroma, old socks and oak. Taste is fizzy cola; sour fruit sweets, candi sugar, cherries and wild berries. Interesting if not odd brew. Could become a good seller judging by the amount of sweetness and soft-drink resemblence. I like Dr Pepper so a Dr Pepper alcohol beer may be a good idea. fiulijn (20516) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 17, 2009
Hazy dark amber color, with red hue; small creamy head. Dusty caramel aroma. Sweetish caramel flavor with a trace of vegetables. Correct bitterness and a light fruity touch. It’s not bad, but the light off flavor reduces somehow the experience. joergen (28177) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 1, 2009
Bottle at Papsø.
Clear red brown coloured with a medium sized off white head.
Fruity aroma of malts, caramel and liquorice with notes of dried fruits.
Fruity flavour of caramel, spices, liquorice and dried fruits with notes of earth.
Spicy finish. KimJohansen (10492) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - NOV 30, 2009
Mahogany with a large beige head. Sweet roasted malt and spices. Flavour had roasted malt, spices, caramel and hints of hops. Finished spicy.
