Tap. Beer from Eugene OR! Copper pour with a nice white head. Citrus, Asian herb, spice. Refreshing carbonation. Almost spicy. Medium body. Refreshing Fantomasus (291) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - MAY 11, 2015
Rushed for time. Think Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Now imagine that beer being crisper, sharper, cleaner, and more refreshing. My favorite Ninkasi so far. RussianDragon (578) - - MAY 11, 2015
22 oz bottle was gift from Margaret, many thanks. Pours a clear bright orange golden color with white fading head. Aroma is mild citrusy good and toasted malt with a touch of oxidation. Flavor is same with light mandarin orange citrus sweetness, followed by a slightly iron rust finish. Would have been nice to try fresh. Huhzubendah (3705) - Washington DC, USA - MAY 11, 2015
Clear, bright, golden, orange, sunset body with a half inch of pure white head. Aromas of ripe citrus, cleaning solution. Harsh with chemical notes. Sweet malt with too present alcohol. Candy melon sweetness. No sir. Caytinator (1005) - Waco, Texas, USA - MAY 11, 2015
Bomber at home. Pours a fairly hazy bright yellow, with a rapidly disappearing head and good adhesion. Herbal aroma, not too strong. Taste is pleasant, a little chewier than other hoppy pale ales -- they didn’t cheapen on the grain bill -- it’s a little stronger than most "session" pale ales, but that’s okay by me. Good palate, thicker than most, with long grassy aftertaste. Recommended.

A bit odd. Pours a bright golden yellow with a thin off white head, light lacing. The aroma is non-existant but a light grass note. Sweet caramel malts are light. Citrus hops, light pine needle, grass, floral notes. A bit monotone overall. Lingering bitterness despite only 38 IBU’s. Seems a bit out of whack. Nice APA from Ninkasi. Pours a hazy gold with a 2 finger foam head - respectable lacing so far. Very interesting balance between sweet floral hop flavours and bitterness. Very well balanced. Has a dry hoppy palate and is very drinkable. Yum! Sarlacc83 (2287) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 24, 2015
A: Murky, light-amber color, foamy half-inch white head,
N: Toast, pine, black peppercorn, light citrus, cracker, a bit of doughiness.
T: Quite bitter, very light sweetness.
M: Medium-light body, some alcohol presence, fizzy carbonation.
O: A decent APA. It might be moderately superior to SNPA,, and I think it is one of Ninkasi’s best beers. (Which I suppose isn’t saying much given my view of beers like Total Domination.) snoworsummer (5694) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 29, 2015
Draft at Barrel Republic. Pours hazy amber with a thick, creamy white head. Tastes fruity, like raspberry, musky grains, very dry grapefruit, citrus hops, and cookie malt. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet fruit, raspberry, citrus hops, cookie malt. Ferris (15273) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 28, 2015
Draft - Light citrus peel and pale malt. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light sweetness, peel bitterness and a long bitter finish. To bitter.
