Hazy amber color. Nice but not spectacular aroma of caramel and demerara sugar. Medium dry mouthfeel, with good body structure, but also a feeling of crystal malt; besides that, quite good caramel flavor, with good hopping level.
If not showing uber-fresh character, at least it’s tasty, bold and balanced.
Bottle split at Endo’s, from Newport Ave Market Bend, 26/05/13.
Very lgihtly hazed golden with a thin white head that clears to a film.
Nose is caramel, hops, bitter fruits, grass.
Taste comprises caramel malt, bitter orange, hops, light grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp finish with lifht hop bitterness.
Entry level IPA - not one to revisit.
