Dark brown pour with small beige head. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, roasted malts and lactose. Taste of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, vanilla bean, lactose and slighly dry hop bitterness on finish. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, nice vanilla on the finish. Great sweet stout!

Pours an opaque dark brown almost black color with tan colored head. Not overly viscous. Vanilla, roasted malts, oats, and milk chocolate on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium to full bodied. Finishes with vanilla and chocolate.

Bottle from Albertsons. Even my friends are all over the board on this one. Normal stout pour, small skin of a head. Vanilla is the first noticeable aroma, and not out of place on a sweet stout. Taste brings in more vanilla flavor, but again it blends well. Finishes sweet , but short. All in all, very well rounded and approachable

22oz bomber from trade on HBT I believe. Drank with the squad after work Thanksgiving morning 2015. Poured black with a small tan head of foam. Aroma of vanilla, sweet oats, and roasted malts. Taste of earth, coffee, caramel, hints vanilla, char, and oats.

Bottle. If you love vanilla then you will love this one. Aroma of chocolate and vanilla. Taste is the same. Palate was just a bi thinner than I would prefer, but that was not a hinderance as it made this quite quaff-able. Finished sweet. Overall: Decent

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a creamy to frothy light brown head that leaves excellent lacing. Aroma of chocolate and dark malt. Medium sweet, lightly bitter, full body with a somewhat overpowering flavor of vanilla, mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with soft carbo, notes of chocolate and coffee leading to a lightly bitter finish that turns sticky in the far finish.

22 ounce bottle. Pours almost black with a nice tan head. Aroma of malt, vanilla, and chocolate. Taste is roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. Some bitterness at the finish. Just a touch too much vanilla for me. Very good.

Pours dark and inky, with a thin tan head, decent retention. Aromas of oats, chocolate, vanilla, toast, and some earthy hop notes. Full body, creamy, lightly dry, low carbonation. Medium sweet, a hint of tartness, medium lingering bitterness. Well balanced, and an enjoyable mix of malts and adjuncts.

22oz bottle, poured into a shaker. The aroma is oatmeal with vanilla, mild coffee, light bourbon, and some caramel. The vanilla note strengthens late and a mellow, woody anise also appears. The beer is a rich, dark coffee brown hue with a tan, dense foam head that has good retention and lace. The taste is a balanced medium, chocolate bittersweet. The creamy and smooth texture has a foamy carbonation with a medium body containing notes of vanilla, oatmeal, coffee, and a light caramel. The smooth finish has a tone of bittersweet dark chocolate that turns towards more vanilla and cream. Later, the flavor of coffee and mild woody spice strengthens. The sticky aftertaste has mild notes of dark chocolate coffee with a woody spice that’s lingering and turns toward oatmeal and vanilla. Pleasant complexity for a mild stout.
