Pours dark -- duh, it’s a stout. Chocolate milk, roasted malt, a hint of fruit and caramel. Good stuff.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2016 Tap at Einstein’s Pub in Katy. Very dark brown with a small brown head. Aroma of chocolate and roast. Taste is semi-sweet chocolate and milk with some mild roast flavors. Medium bodied; not a thick stout, but quite good.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2013 Pours black with tan head. Aroma has dark roast and subtle chocolate in the end. Flavor has notible dark roasted grain and dark chocolate, semi-sweet. Mouthfeel is medium-heavy body, kinda thin, low-medium carbonation. Overall, not bad.

Nice average milk stout... sweet with a bitterness. Solid B, but nothing special compared to all the milk stouts out there.

Extra from Cloaker. Thanks! Dark slightly translucent brown. Bit of dark malts on the nose, some light coffee on the taste. Not overly sweet. Decent if forgettable.

Strong nose of coffee, oak and cocoa. Dark brown, wimpy head. A bit too boozy on the tongue for my liking and I needed a little less chocolate. Went downhill after the aroma... Not terrible but it needs help.
