pours almost pitch black with a medium sized mocha color head. the aroma is dark roasted malts and lots of sweet milk chocolate. there is also some hints of caramel and brown sugar. the taste is very sweet and similar to aroma. this is an outstanding beer and i recommend giving this one a try. onceblind (9663) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 29, 2014
Black pour with a wee thin beige cap. Sweet creamy milk chocolate nose with a wee frappeccino note. Nice sweet yet roasty milk chocolate flavor, and general clean and sweet loveliness. Basic but creamy chocolatey well done. George2Tall (40) - - MAY 17, 2013
Almost black in the glass, with a small light brown head. Distinctive milk stout flavor that sits well on the palate. A very enjoyable beer.

Pours pitch-black with a nose of chocolate pudding and cocoa. Flavor is tobacco and chocolate. Slick mouthfeel. Very tasty.
Snifter draft at Sybarite Pig bottle share. Dark thick pour with mild head and lace. Great aroma of chocolate, caramel, vanilla and malts. Taste is the same. Very smooth mouth with notes if dark fruits on the finish. Very good.

Pours black with a large light tan head. Smells roasty and of chocolate. Taste is a little sweet, roasted, and not very bitter. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and mild mouth-carbonation, No Label Elda M. Milk Stout finishes with a slight semisweet tingle. superspak (5593) - Michigan, USA - MAR 11, 2013
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Pours dense pitch black color with a nice 2 finger dense dark tan head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big dark chocolate, caramel, toffee, butterscotch, cocoa, vanilla, cream, roasted malt, coffee, and light toast. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of sweet dark malt notes; quite unique as well. Taste of dark chocolate, caramel, toffee, butterscotch, cocoa, vanilla, cream, roasted malt, coffee, and light toast. No bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of dark chocolate, caramel, toffee, butterscotch, cocoa, vanilla, cream, roasted malt, and coffee on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and complexity of sweet dark malt flavors; with zero cloying sweetness present after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a very creamy, slick, and lightly syrupy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very nice milk stout! Great balance and robustness of sweet dark malt flavors; and extremely smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering. GTownBeer (22) - Texas, USA - APR 1, 2013
Pours a very dark brown. Smell is of sweet tar and chocolate. A milder sweet stout but spot on with its alcohol. Good example of the style for sure. Ratman197 (14834) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUL 31, 2013
Bottle courtesy of Doodler (thanks Scott) poured a clear dark reddish brown with a lasting creamy tan head. Aromas of roastiness, milk chocolate, carmel and light vanilla. Palate was mediuim to full bodied and smooth. Flavors of roasted malt, cocoa and light carmel with a smooth lingering cocoa finish. Gasfactory (4) - Texas, USA - DEC 23, 2015 does not count
Pours very dark with no head. Complex flavours including coffee, rasin, pepper. Flavor improves as it warms up from refrigerated bottle.
