Bottle from Rosebud Butternuts. Pours dark brown black with a dark tan head. Aroma is chocolate and roasted dark malt. Nearly burnt. Full bodied. Flavor is very dark chocolate and dark malt. Im not getting coffee, I think. Pretty dry. Very, very tasty. Sort of like baking chocolate in the finish. Nice.

On tap at petrol station. Pours a dark brown with a small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is a roasted malt and chocolate. Thin mouthfeel with sweet roast and chocolate with the milk in the finish. Easy to drink a good sweet stout from No Label.

On tap at the Whip In during the RateBeer Winter Gathering. The beer pours a dark brown to black color with a beige head. The aroma is very full with a lot of chocolate and roasted malt notes. There is also some sweetness which I guess is from the lactose. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of chocolate and roasted malt, along with a touch of coffee. The beer is fairly sweet overall. Medium, creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice milk stout.

Has a strong coffee and lactic taste. Smells of strong roasted malt. Pours a dark brown with a tan head. Decent lacing.
