On tap at Jack Mac’s. Golden pour with a white head. The aroma and flavor are very similar, but very well done. I get a lot of biscuit malt and light grass notes, as well as a bit of pepper. There is also a light amount of bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very well done blonde ale. Glad it made its way up to Dallas. Tap. Deep, clear golden with a white head. Aroma of pale malts and grain and light citrus. Taste is typical, but solid, blonde ale with light bitterness. Medium bodied. Not bad at all.
