I bought a six pack at whole foods. The 125 IBUs almost scared me, and I'm a hop head. Was a nice level of bitterness and had a noticeable mint aftertaste. I tend to like a more floral hop and pine taste for my IPAs, this one was more plain bitter. Overall very drinkable and I really liked the mint. And it's 7.7% - cheers to that!

Hazy orange pour with a nice lasting off white head. Spotty lacing. Aroma is toast, earthy hops, some citrus, and mint in the background. Taste is herbal, grassy, toast, and pine. Bitter finish. Medium body. I don’t get much mint throughout. Not a bad beer but comes off more malt forward. ttoadee (1491) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 20, 2013
Amber pour, decent head. Nose is malt and grapefruit, slight mint. Bittersweet. Middle is medium bodied, with mint showing again. Finish is lightly bitter. Refreshing. fiveacestx (970) - Texas, USA - JUN 18, 2013
On tap at Jack Mac’s - cloudy orange, minimal head and some lacing. Super sweet aroma and taste (perfume). The mint that is advertised is very subtle. Medium mouthfeel and a very dry finish. Cavie (4718) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JUN 16, 2013
Tap at T&P. pours a hazy light golden color very little head. Aroma is light and hoppy, with a bit of minty punch. Flavor is dry and hoppy. A bit of honey and a dry tingle of mint. Bitter finish.

I didn't taste the mint and I wasn't impressed. Although I am bias against IPAs since I think most of them smell like dirty socks.

cloudy amber (theres hop sludge at the bottom of the bottle, careful if you don’t like that). nice rocky white head with good retention, a little irregular lacing. some citrus, slight tropical fruitiness, stone fruit, caramel, spruce, a slightly sugary sweetness that comes and goes, subtle (but noticeable) mint that lingers in the finish, fairly boozy. very bitter, medium sweet, not unbalanced. medium-full body, creamy feel, light carbonation, long bitter finish. looking at the other reviews i have to wonder if they tweaked the recipe since last year, because i really enjoyed this. it’d be horrible to drink in the heat, though. ericwill99 (86) - Texas, USA - JUN 1, 2013
Pours hazy gold, with a floral hops aroma. And it tastes great. I will be back to buy a growler.

Very nice looking, kinda tannish orange with a slight haze and a great big head that didn’t want to go away and stuck heavily to the sides of the glass.
A definite mint presence is noted in the nose and taste. Sticky, resinous hops dominate, with piney notes being up front, along with some citrus. It’s a little sweet and the malt base is ample enough to balance out the plentiful hops.
Body is medium, carbonation is medium, drinkability is good for one, a bit overpowering if you’re wanting more than one. Alcohol is not noticeable much in the nose or taste but there’s a bit of warming on the way down.
It’s likeable, if not outstanding. I would certainly try another of this brewery’s beers after trying this one. ozarkspops (368) - - MAY 29, 2013
Hazy orange copper pour. Medium off white head with lots of lacing. Grapefruit and pine hop aroma. Mild but noticeable caramel malt aroma. Flavor is very similar. Mint is a little bit more noticeable in the flavor but still very faint. Decent ipa.
