Bomber purchased at Bine & Vine ($9.49). My first rating for this OC brewery. Oops, I missed the "drink by" date by a few weeks, but hopefully this is still fresh. Pours a hazy peach hue with two full fingers of off-white foam. Nice AROMA of sweet tropical fruit, moscato, tangerine, cantaloupe, sweet honey and caramel malts, and a hint of dank hops. FLAVOR of earthy hops, grapefruit and sweeter citrus, caramel malts, some overripe tropical fruit, some dankness, and a hint of onion. The flavor was a little disappointing after the exceptional nose, but still very drinkable. Finishes with some tropical sweetness. Well balanced with the malt profile. The 8.8% is fairly well concealed. Great DIPA...will have to look for more in their Showers series. (27, 945) bhensonb (15208) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 6, 2014
Bomber from Best Damn Beer Shoppe. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Lots of mixed hop aroma. Citrus, floral, tropical, spice. Med body or better. Flavor matches aroma, but it also cries out dank. Finishing hop is tropical. Oh, and there’s some caramel holding up all the hop. Nice drink. Dr_Fellini (1020) - Norfolk, Virginia, USA - DEC 4, 2014
Bottle to glass. Pours a cloudy deep golden color with a nice off white head. Aroma is huge tropical, fleshy fruit hops, white wine grapes, caramel candy sweetness. Flavor also packs a big fleshy fruit hop sweetness with tropical fruit notes. Light to medium in body with a wonderful fruity finish. Phenomenal IPA! Noble Ale Works Nelson Showers pours a glowing orange color with a strong spiced hop aroma. Taste is full flavored hops, a twang of tangerine mixed with a decent amount of hops. The hops linger on the palate and seem to lightly aerate and dissipate.

Fresh Bomber to tulip. That is some danky shit for sure. Lots of tropical and citrus notes. Opaque pour with frothy white head. Not on par with Alpine Nelson but good for sure.
