Last beer before we started drinking green sauce down the street .. . gold on the pour .. decent foam .. Stale nugs, grass, citrus rind .. quite bitter .. Easy finish, good but not popping .. . . Let’s go to Brunch. What a great idea! Why would you want to sleep in on a Sunday when you can go pay $18 for eggs? Now, you’re thinking Homer321 (5113) - Melboring, Florida, USA - APR 12, 2017
Bottle from a trade. Strong earthy, floral hop aroma. Nothing like Citra hops at all. Almost minty and woody. Very clear deep gold to almost light red pour. large white head, medium bubbles, rocky, good lacing. Its not the hops in the nose as much as a dusty, Munich malt character that is coming through as it warms. The malt is just clashing and overpowering the hops in the aroma. Taste is moderately bitter, but the malt profile is all muich or floor kilned malt and really interferes with a clean hop presence, makes it seem muddled, dirty. I’ll pass on this bad boy. beer_queue (145) - California, USA - MAR 22, 2017
Bottled 3/15/2017 (7 days old), 9.1%, bomber bottle. Clear, copper, big white head. Smells mostly of papaya & mangoes. Arrives with similar flavors altho not as bold or sweet as Citra Showers. Some orange marmalade in the finish, sugary yet zesty. Of course a tiny kick of better citrus rind is there, too. All flavors balance out and remain subdued; none really jump out. Medium-full body, low carbonation, almost no alcohol detected on the palate. At 9.1%, this tastes like a lot less—it’s dangerously drinkable. Marheb (5801) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 7, 2016
(En fût à The Glendale Tap): Riche coulis d’abricôts, oranges et noblesse herbacée. La chaleur de l’alcool est bien présente mais la corpulence tapissante l’emporte. Itzjerm (2954) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - JUN 16, 2016
A nice sweet balanced double. Tangerine Carmel honey hop not bitter. A true hop candy dipa. Thin fading head.

Aroma is not pleasant for me as a cat owner, but tropical favor and bitterness are nice. joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - MAR 2, 2016
On tap at Noble. It pours a super clear golden orange color with a small off white head. The aroma is spicy, piney and quite resinous with some toasted malt In the background. The flavor is the same. Resinous with some orange, pine, spice and a little honey. Mouthfeel is coating and pretty strong. A solid IIPA. Ferris (15901) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 27, 2016
