COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Standard is the cider that Noble is known for. We use fresh-pressed apple juice from six different varieties of apples local to WNC. We ferment the juice to dry and add a touch of sweetness back in. The result is a 7.5% ABV cider that’s crisp, tart, lightly effervescent, and just sweet enough for a balanced, long finish. Noble Cider’s Standard Bearer is easy-drinking by itself or with a good meal. It’s the perfect cider for just about anything! Naturally gluten-free. Noble Cider is a great alternative to beer when you want to throw one back with your buds. It’s perfect for anyone with gluten sensitivities.

Draft sample at Cedric’s Tavern at the Biltmore near Asheville, NC; bubbly clear pale color with minimal white head. Aroma notes of apples, not too sweet or sour really. Taste adds semi-sweet dryness really.. Light-medium body, moderate-heavy carbonation, crisp with quick finish. Not much to it, alright.
