Bottle. Nose is light caramel nose with a known corn/adjunct tinge. Taste is sweet, corn, slight metallix tinge. At least there is some taste here which means I would drink again over other light offerings, but too sweet and meh overall

Bottle in Oaxaca. Pale dark. Some roast chocolate flavors, but rather thin and seemingly a mashup of roadtier makt with the typical Bohemia body. Acrid aftertaste. Not terrible.

I don´t know what the last guy who reviewed this beer is talking about, AdolfoCC. His pallete must be fucked up. AROMA: This beer has an aroma of dark malts, caramel sweetness, and a whisper of noble hops. APPEARANCE: A dark ruby red, on par with the style, which should be labled as a bock style beer, not a vienna lager, way darker than a vienna lager. TASTE: Dark roasted malts, slight tinge of noble hops, toffee and caramel, tiny hint of dark fruits, not complex but not too simple. Perfect for putting down a few or six. PALATE/MOUTHFEEL: Goes down smoothly and slightly fizzy like a Mexican coke, slightly creamy too. OVERALL: This beer is one of Mexico´s best DOMESTIC beers, the Mexican craft beer scene is very wild at the moment, with many Mexican craft/artesanal breweries still learning how to consistently brew good craft beer, they are always pretty much hit or miss, Calavera and Minerva are the only Mexican breweries who seem to know what they are doing. That being said, Noche Buena is one of the few consistently good Mexican beers with a nice 5.9% alcohol, pretty high for a Mexican beer, Bohemia is one of the best breweries in Mexico, their Chocolate Stout and Weizen beers being just as good as the Noche Buena. AdolfoCC can kiss my ass, what a retard.

Bottle. Poured a brown color with amber edges and an off white head. Overall thinner - bread, caramel, and some generic sweetness.

2015 version. Just not a lot going on here. Little bit of head that disappears quickly. Lager, with a watery mouth feel. A touch of roast, a little bit of caramel, maybe, and some spice - but I feel like I’m imagining the flavors as much as tasting them. Not a bad beer, but doesn’t distinguish itself either.

It was one of my favourite beer in Mexico. It was a bit to find this beer and it was not available all the year. Decent lager with sweet malt and hop. The carbonation is regular and gold orange colour and the sensation in the mouth is not bad. Now in Mexico, we could find better beers but I believe that the local brewers are more concentrated in the north of the country.

Butelka. Kolor jasnobursztynowy, piana średnia, szybko znika.Aromat słodowy z nutą chmielową. Smak chmielowy, lekko nagazowany. W ustach lekka suchośc ale w sumie dobre.
