Draft at the source. Clear yellow with a medium white head. Citrus and tropical notes, pale malt, bread. Touch of pepper and tropical fruit sweetness on the finish. Very sessionable. (Notes, 2015) wirebender28277 (11) - - JUN 10, 2017

Clear light golden body with a decent head.
This is a very flavorful and well balanced blonde, if a bit too strong for the style. No complaints though; this is a very nice light ale!
From can poured a golden hazy color with light white head. Aroma was filled with tropical fruit and grapes. Taste followed- fruit, light malt and not much bitter. Warm weather beer for sure.

Clear blond beer, small irregular white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, peaches, sweet ripe summer fruits, some citrus and grapefruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, somewhat sweet, citrus, pretty hoppy, grassy, nice bitterness. Aftertaste: quite some citrus, very fruity, pineapple touch, some grapefruit
This beer is an interesting blonde. Their is a hint of a sweet fruit almost like a passion fruit which is counter to most blondes. Typically, orange or citrus is what dominates the blonde aftertaste. Cavu looks like a typical golden yellow blonde but has it's own unique aftertaste. It is worth trying but not worth buying more than one.

16oz can from Brewmaster’s in Wilson. Golden hue, light murky clarity with mostly lasting white fizzy head. Virtually no lacing. Aromas of light grape, apple juice and some malt hints. Light fruit (grape & apple) up front with more of light orange citrus and malt finish. Good mouthfeel. My least favorite NODA brew so far. kbutler1 (1382) - Minnesota, USA - MAR 9, 2015
Draft. The lightest of the beers I tried. Pours a clear golden with a slight head. Very light aroma of orange and maybe a touch of florals. Light mouthfeel. Starts a touch sweet with the fruit notes and then transitions to a balanced smooth flavor. Pretty tasty and a nice light beer to enjoy. rayg1 (596) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - FEB 14, 2015
Pours slightly opaque light yellow with a thin white head. Subtle aromas of citrus and a slight bready, yeasty smell. The taste is more complex than expected and a great balance of hoppy citrus, a kick of pepper, and clean malt balance wonderful biscuit and earthy notes to finish. A solid, very drinkable golden ale that I wouldn’t pass up. Better than average for the style by far. NoDa really makes great stuff, if they were more widely distributed the would have a much higher regard in the beer community.
