COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ready for a warm weather, easy drinking beer but not ready to give up your hops? Ghost Hop has the grain bill of an IPA, minus the color, and the hops of a true Northwestern IPA, all delicately fermented with Belgian Wit yeast. It is an American IPA-Belgian love child! It has the light body and drinkability of a Belgian Wit with the Citrus & Pine flavors from the Amarillo and Centennial hops.

Draft at Vintner. Pours out a yellowish color with a white head on it. Smell is very fruity and hoppy with a little bit of the spices that are found in most all white ales. Taste is smooth and pretty bitter, very easy to drink. Loads of citrus flavors and light body full of carbonation. Pretty good beer really.

Pours yellow with a head that leaves limited lacing. It has an aroma dominated by citrus and lemon. The taste is dominated by lemon and spices, like pepper. It is bitter, but not to an unpleasant degree. Overall, different, but good.

Really impressed with this brew. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but really enjoyed the taste and aromas put off. Great thirst quencher!

Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 24, 2013
A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice citrusy floral hops with fragrant piney notes, incense, very nice. In mouth, a nice grassy biscuit malt with loads of citrus pulp, floral hops, grapefruit pulp, fruity esters, very well done.

Tap at Beer Study. Hazy golden blonde pour with one finger of white head. Nose is very spicy and peppery with dry citrus rind. Flavor gets to be sharp at the end. Nice tropical fruit on the front of the mouth. A little dank with notes of raw grapefruit. Light and dry but a touch too sharp.

3.8
TURDFERGUSON (4068) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAY 24, 2013
Tap at beer study. Light hazy orange with a small webby white lace. Nose is lemongrass, citrus, florals, wheat, and grapefruit. Medium carbonation with more lemon, grass, lemongrass (ha!), pepper, yeast. Nicely dry without too much yeast presence. Another nice one from Noda!
