Sampled at GABF 2016 with Paul and Larry. Pours a pale body with thin white lacing. Nose is mojito and vague key lime character. Mouthfeel is super thin with notes of grain, spice, lime and spearmint. Very strange - nothing like a witbier. hman43 (1586) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - JUL 5, 2016
It pours light gold with a white head. It has aromas that are dominated by lime, mint, and pepper. There is also a bit of lemon as well. It has flavors of lime, mine, pepper, and bread. There are also some spicy elements to it as well. It has a light body and a mild aftertaste. Overall, if is very much like a combined mojito with a wittier that provides for an interesting combination. geologyguy (1602) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - JUN 30, 2015
Very light smell, very slightly like pilsner, taste is more mellow and a bit like a pilsner mixed with witbeer...slightly sweet with low hops..a little watery though Suttree (6385) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 14, 2014
Growler from brewery, Ok, so I apparently like gimmicky beers now. This was lime, mint, and nice mix of traditional witbier flavors that blended really well with them and made for a ridiculously refreshing beer.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2014 On tap at NoDa. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Yeasty, wheat, mint aromas. Mint, spice, wheat, yeasty flavors. A little gimmicky, but not bad. Busick (390) - Lake Wylie, South Carolina, USA - DEC 19, 2013
Do you like Mojito’s? This beer tastes just like one and is so refreshing! A great beer for introducing craft beer to craft beer virgins! Drake (13728) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 13, 2013
Draft sample at the 9th Annual Summertime Brews Festival, Greensboro, 7/13/13. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of mint, citrus, faint wheat. The taste is dry wheat, mint, dry citrus finish. Medium bodied, lingering mint, slight medicinal quality. Solid. emacgee (4675) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - MAY 22, 2013
Very light and pale soft blonde pour with a rocky white head. Very very interesting and true to the name in both flavor and aroma. Very lime-y nose with a noticeable mint character. Lightly earthy with a touch of yeast. Very minty flavor. Dry notes of lime. Earthy and a tad musty from the yeast. Nice TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAY 22, 2013
Tap at beer study. Cloudy straw yellow with a thin white lace. Nose is pretty money for smelling like a fresh mojito- Lots of fresh mint, lime zest, lemon juice, key lime pie. Flavor is a bit vegetal, more mint, Limey finish. Solid concept beer that’s definitely not a trainwreck.
